Be open minded and willing to make changes if needed .

This hadith explains how the third call to prayer, or adhan, was ordered by Uthman when the number of people in Al-Madinah increased. According to this hadith, before this increase in population, there was only one adhan and it would be called out on Fridays when the Imam sat down. This shows us that Uthman recognized a need for change due to an increase in population and took action accordingly. It also teaches us that we should be open minded and willing to make changes if needed.
