QUICK LESSONS:
Express your faith through appropriate means according to your gender
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains the difference between tasbih and clapping in Islam. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that tasbih should be done by men while clapping should be done by women. This shows that there are different ways of expressing one's faith depending on gender. Men can express their faith through tasbih which involves saying "Subhanallah" or "Glory to God". Women can express their faith through clapping which involves making a sound with the hands to show appreciation or agreement with something said or done. Both forms of expression are equally important and valid in Islam as they both demonstrate one's devotion to God.
