Perform sujud with humility and submission towards Allah. Take care in one's appearance when performing salat by not tucking up one's hair or clothing so as not be distracted from worshipping Allah .

The Prophet Muhammad was commanded by Allah to perform sujud, or prostration, on seven body parts. These body parts are the forehead, nose, hands, knees and feet.
