Pray with humility and concentration just like our beloved prophet did .

This hadith narrates how the beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to pray. It was narrated by Salim Al-Barrad, who said that Abu Mus'ad asked if he could show them how the Messenger of Allah prayed, to which they agreed. He then stood up and said takbir before bowing down with his arms outstretched until every part of him settled before raising his head again. He repeated this four times, saying that this is what he saw the Messenger of Allah doing when praying. This hadith teaches us about prayer and its importance in Islam as well as showing us a glimpse into what it must have been like to witness our beloved prophet in prayer himself. We can learn from this hadith that we should strive to pray with humility and concentration just as our beloved prophet did so many years ago.
