QUICK LESSONS:
Hold your knees when sitting
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains that it is a part of the sunnah to hold one's knees when sitting. This was narrated by 'Abdur-Rahman As-Sulami, who said that 'Umar said this. It is important to follow this sunnah as it shows respect and humility towards Allah and His Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It also teaches us to be mindful of our posture while we are in prayer or any other situation where we are required to sit down. Additionally, it encourages us to be conscious of our body language and how we present ourselves in front of others, especially those who may not share our beliefs or values.
