QUICK LESSONS:
Remembering and praising God for his greatness, worshipping Him alone .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrates the final words of the call to prayer made by Bilal. These words are “Allahu Akbar” and “La ilaha illallah”. “Allahu Akbar” means that God is greater than anything else in existence and should be praised for His greatness. “La ilaha illallah” means that there is no god but God and He alone deserves worship. This hadith teaches us to always remember that only God should be worshipped and praised for His greatness. It also reminds us to always say these two phrases when we make our call to prayer or when we pray in general as a reminder of this important lesson.
