This hadith emphasizes the importance of punctuality when it comes to prayer. It was narrated by Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said that whoever catches up with a Rak'ah of the Subh prayer before sunrise, then he has caught up with Subh, and whoever catches up with a Rak'ah of 'Asr prayer before sunset, then he has caught up with 'Asr. This means that one should strive to pray at its appointed time and not delay or miss out on any prayers.
