Prayer Times According to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

SUMMARY: The hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) teaching that there is no prayer after Asr until the sun has set, nor after Subh until the sun has risen.

It was narrated from Nasr bin 'Abdur-Rahman, from his grandfather Mu'adh, that he performed Tawaf with Mu'adh bin 'Afra' but he did not pray".I said: 'Are you not going to pray?' He said: 'The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is no prayer after 'Asr until the sun has set, nor after Subh until the sun has risen'."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، مُعَاذٍ أَنَّهُ طَافَ مَعَ مُعَاذِ ابْنِ عَفْرَاءَ فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ فَقُلْتُ أَلاَ تُصَلِّي فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ ‏ "‏ لاَ صَلاَةَ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغِيبَ الشَّمْسُ وَلاَ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us about when we should pray according to Prophet Muhammad's teachings. He taught that there is no prayer after Asr until the sun has set and no prayer after Subh until the sun has risen. This means that we should not pray during these times as it would be considered invalid according to Islamic teachings. We should also remember that this was a teaching from our beloved Prophet and so we should strive to follow it in order to gain Allah's pleasure.
