Perform Wudu', Distinguish between different types of bleedings

This hadith is about distinguishing between menstrual blood and other types of bleeding. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised a woman named Fatimah bint Abi Hubaish who was suffering from Istihadah, which is an abnormal vaginal bleeding that occurs outside the regular menstrual cycle. He told her that if it is menstrual blood then it will be black and recognizable, so she should stop praying, but if it is not then she should perform Wudu', as it would just be a vein. This hadith teaches us to differentiate between different types of bleeding in order to properly follow religious practices such as prayer. It also emphasizes the importance of cleanliness in Islam by encouraging us to perform Wudu' even when we are not sure what type of bleeding we are dealing with.
