This hadith speaks about four people who collected the Qur'an during the lifetime of Prophet Muhammad and all of them were from a group called Ansar which means helpers in Arabic language . These four people are Mu'adh ibn Jabal, Ubayy ibn Ka`b, Zaid ibn Thabit and Abu Zaid who was an uncle of Anas according to him .
