EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith reported by Abu Huraira states that Allah's Apostle forbade the wearing of gold signet rings. This means that it is not permissible for Muslims to wear such rings as it goes against the teachings of Prophet Muhammad. It is important to note that this prohibition does not apply to other types of jewelry or accessories made from gold such as necklaces and earrings. Instead, this hadith specifically refers to signet rings which are usually worn on the finger and have a seal or engraving on them. The reason why these are prohibited is because they are considered a form of ostentation and extravagance which goes against Islamic teachings.

The values taught in this hadith include humility and modesty as well as avoiding extravagance and ostentation in one's lifestyle. These values are important for Muslims to remember so that they can live their lives according to Islamic principles while also avoiding any actions which may be seen as excessive or unnecessary showiness.
