The Benefits of Vinegar

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that vinegar is the best condiment.

'A'isha reported Allah's Apostle as saying: The best of condiments or condiment is vinegar.
حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّارِمِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، بْنُ بِلاَلٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ قَالَ ‏ "‏ نِعْمَ الأُدُمُ - أَوِ الإِدَامُ - الْخَلُّ
