QUICK LESSONS:
Show mercy and compassion towards animals

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, narrated by Jabir b. 'Abdullah, states that Allah's Messenger forbade the killing of any beast after it has been tied. This means that animals should not be killed if they are restrained or unable to escape from a situation in which they are being threatened with death. It is important to remember that all creatures have rights and should be treated with respect and kindness, even if they cannot defend themselves against harm or danger. The Prophet Muhammad taught us to show mercy and compassion towards animals, as well as humans, so we must strive to protect them from any form of cruelty or injustice. Furthermore, this hadith serves as a reminder for us to think twice before taking the life of an animal; we must consider whether our actions are necessary and justified before going ahead with them.
