Participate in physical activities within Islamic boundaries and follow our beloved prophet's example .

This hadith tells us about an event that happened during the time of the Prophet Muhammad's life. He organized a race between his horses from Hafya' to Thaniyyat Al-Wada'. This was a special race as it was prepared for this purpose and many people including Ibn Umar participated in it. This hadith teaches us that we should be active and take part in activities like sports or races as long as they are done within Islamic boundaries. It also shows us how important it is to follow our beloved prophet's example in all aspects of life, even when it comes to physical activities such as racing horses!
