Saying SubhanAllah and Clapping for Women

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) taught that men should say 'Sub Han Allah' and women should clap.

Narrated Sahl bin Sa'd: The Prophet said, "The saying 'Sub Han Allah' is for men and clapping is for women.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ‏ "‏ التَّسْبِيحُ لِلرِّجَالِ وَالتَّصْفِيحُ لِلنِّسَاءِ

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that men should praise Allah by saying "SubhanAllah" while women should express their joy and appreciation by clapping. It also teaches us to respect the differences between men and women, as each gender has its own way of expressing their love for God. We can learn from this hadith that we must be mindful of how we express our faith in order to show proper respect for both genders.
