Safiyya bint Abu 'Ubaid narrated this tradition of Allah's Prophet ﷺ on the authority of some wives of Allah's Apostle ﷺ
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught his followers to treat their wives kindly and respectfully, even if they were not married yet or had just been married recently. He said that the best among them were those who behaved well towards their wives. This hadith serves as an example for all Muslims on how they should conduct themselves when interacting with people around them; by showing kindness and respect towards everyone regardless of gender or marital status.
This hadith also teaches us about the importance of maintaining strong relationships within marriage; by treating each other kindly and respectfully, couples can build strong bonds between them which will last for years to come. Additionally, this hadith reminds us that having good character is essential for any Muslim; by following Allah's teachings on how to behave properly towards others we can become better believers in His eyes.
