QUICK LESSONS:
Perform rituals with enthusiasm and dedication

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about Prophet Muhammad's journey to Mecca and his performance of tawaf around the Kaaba. Tawaf is a ritual performed by Muslims during their pilgrimage to Mecca where they walk around the cube-shaped building called the Kaaba seven times in a counter-clockwise direction. During this ritual, it was reported that Prophet Muhammad moved quickly for three out of seven circuits. This hadith teaches us that we should perform our rituals with enthusiasm and dedication as demonstrated by Prophet Muhammad himself. It also shows us how important it is to follow his example when performing religious duties as he was an exemplary role model for all Muslims to follow.
