This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Sufyan with the same chain of transmitters in which it is said: " Fasting of two months".
Fasting during these two months has special significance in Islam as it is believed that good deeds done during this time are rewarded more than usual by Allah. Therefore, Muslims should take advantage of this opportunity to increase their piety and draw closer to Allah through prayer and worship. Furthermore, fasting can also help one develop a stronger connection with their faith as they strive towards spiritual growth through self-reflection and contemplation on the teachings of Islam.
