EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Abu Qatada tells us about the resting habits of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ when he was in a journey. He used to lie down on his right side and place his head over his palm before dawn. This hadith teaches us that we should be mindful of our sleeping habits and try to make them as comfortable as possible so that we can get enough rest for our body and mind. It also shows us how important it is for us to take care of ourselves even during difficult times such as travelling or being away from home. We should always strive to maintain good health by taking proper rest even if it means making small changes in our lifestyle like this one suggested by the Prophet ﷺ himself.
