QUICK LESSONS:
Respect for religious activities , Focus your attention solely on spiritual activities .

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Ali ibn Abi Talib states that the Prophet Muhammad forbade him from reciting the Quran while bowing and prostrating. This is because when one is in a state of prostration, they are supposed to be focusing on their prayer and not on any other activity. Similarly, when one is in a state of bowing, they should be focused on their prayer as well. Therefore, it is important to remember that when we are praying or engaging in any religious activity, we should focus our attention solely on that activity instead of multitasking or doing something else at the same time.

This hadith also teaches us about respect for religious activities such as prayer and recitation of the Quran. We must always remember to give these activities our full attention so that we can benefit from them spiritually and emotionally. Additionally, this hadith reminds us to be mindful of our actions during religious activities so that we can gain maximum benefit from them without distracting ourselves or others around us with unnecessary tasks or conversations.
