This hadith warns us against the worst kind of people, those who are two faced or hypocritical. A two faced person is someone who presents a different face to different people. They may be friendly and nice to one group but rude and mean to another group. This type of behavior is not acceptable in Islam as it goes against the teachings of honesty and sincerity that Allah has commanded us with. It also goes against the values of justice, fairness, and respect for all human beings regardless of their background or beliefs.
