Build strong relationships with those around you , Show respect towards your leaders , Be kind towards others .

This hadith speaks of the close relationship between the Prophet Muhammad and Qais bin Sa'd. It is said that their relationship was similar to that of a chief police officer and an Amir. This shows us how important it was for the Prophet to have strong relationships with those around him. It also teaches us that we should strive to build strong relationships with those around us as well. We should be kind and respectful towards others in order to create meaningful connections with them. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as an example of how we should treat our leaders; we should show them respect and admiration for their position in society.
