Paying Rights and Asking from Allah

SUMMARY: This hadith is about the importance of paying people their due rights and asking for one's own rights from Allah.

Narrated 'Abdullah: Allah's Messenger said to us, "You will see after me, selfishness (on the part of other people) and other matters that you will disapprove of". They asked, "What do you order us to do, O Allah's Messenger ? (under such circumstances)?" He said, "Pay their rights to them (to the rulers) and ask your right from Allah".

EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is teaching us an important lesson about how to deal with difficult situations. He tells us that when we see selfishness or other things that we don't approve of, we should still pay people their due rights and ask our own rights from Allah. This teaches us to be patient in difficult times and trust in God's justice. We should not take matters into our own hands but instead rely on God to provide justice for us. It also teaches us the importance of fulfilling our obligations towards others even if they are not doing the same for us.

The Prophet ﷺ also reminds us that it is only through prayer and supplication to God that we can truly get what we want in life, as He alone has the power to grant our wishes. We must remember that no matter how hard things may seem, if we put our trust in Him then He will surely provide a way out for us.
