QUICK LESSONS:
Share your excess or surplus resources with those who are in need .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about sharing and cooperating with others. It teaches us that if we have extra or surplus of something, we should share it with those who need it. In this case, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was talking about water and animals. He said that if someone has extra water, they should not prevent others from using it to benefit their animals by providing them with more grass to eat. This hadith encourages us to be generous and kind towards our fellow human beings by sharing what we have in excess with those who are in need of it. It also teaches us the importance of taking care of animals as Allah has given us a responsibility over them too.
