Turn towards God in difficult times; rely on His strength; seek guidance from Him; supplicate for peace and calmness.

This hadith speaks to the power of supplicating to Allah during times of difficulty. On the day of battle known as Al-Khandaq, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was seen carrying earth with his companions and reminding them that without Allah's guidance they would not have been able to fast or pray. He then asked Allah for Sakina - a term which can refer to both physical and spiritual calmness - so that their feet would remain firm when they met their enemies. This hadith emphasizes how important it is to turn towards Allah during difficult times and ask Him for help; it also serves as a reminder that even in moments where we feel powerless or overwhelmed by our circumstances, we can always rely on His strength.
