Expressions of Praise for Allah

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ taught us two expressions which are easy to say but are very dear to Allah and will be heavy in the balance.

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "There are two expressions which are very easy for the tongue to say, but they are very heavy in the balance and are very dear to The Beneficent (Allah), and they are, 'Subhan Allah Al- 'Azim and 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi'."

QUICK LESSONS:
Use expressions such as “SubhanAllah” and “bihamdihi” often as a way of expressing your gratitude and love for God.

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad taught us two expressions that we can use to praise Allah. These expressions are "Subhan Allah Al- 'Azim" and "Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi". These phrases are easy for us to say but they have a great weight in the balance on the Day of Judgment. They also show how much we love and appreciate our Creator, who is known as The Beneficent or Ar-Rahman. We should strive to use these phrases often as a way of expressing our gratitude and love for Him.
