This hadith speaks about the reward of saying "Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi" one hundred times a day. This phrase translates to “Glory be to God and His is the praise” in English. According to this hadith, if someone says this phrase one hundred times a day, they will be forgiven all their sins even if they are as much as the foam of the sea. This means that no matter how many sins someone has committed, if they say this phrase every day, their sins will be forgiven by God. It teaches us that we should always remember God and praise Him for His greatness and mercy so that we can receive His forgiveness for our wrongdoings.
