Allah's Apostle said, "Be calm! O 'Aisha, for Allah loves that one should be kind and lenient in all matters". I said".O Allah's Messenger ! Haven't you heard what they have said?"

QUICK LESSONS:
Responding kindly even when faced with hostility

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of kindness and leniency, even when faced with hostility. It was narrated by Aisha, who was present when a group of Jews came to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Jews said "As-samu 'Alaika" which translates to "death be on you". Aisha understood this as an insult and responded with "Alaikum AsSamu wa-l-la'na", meaning "death and curse be on you". However, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) told her to remain calm because Allah loves those who are kind and lenient in all matters. He then said "Alaikum" which means “upon you”. This hadith teaches us that we should always respond to hostility with kindness instead of anger or aggression. We should also remember that Allah loves those who are kind and merciful towards others regardless of how they treat us.
