QUICK LESSONS:
Perform religious duties such as sacrificing animals during Eid al-Adha or Hajj pilgrimage; encourage others to do so; be patient if they are hesitant or slow in doing so.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of sacrifice in Islam. It was narrated by Anas ibn Malik that the Prophet Muhammad saw a man driving a Badana, which is a camel for sacrifice. The Prophet encouraged him to ride it and when the man said that it was meant for sacrifice, he repeated his encouragement three times with an emphasis on his third statement. This hadith teaches us that we should not hesitate to perform our religious duties such as sacrificing animals during Eid al-Adha or Hajj pilgrimage. We should also encourage others to do so as well and be patient if they are hesitant or slow in doing so.
