Sahih al-Bukhari 6103 (Book 78, Hadith 130) #5859
Refraining from Accusations of Disbelief

SUMMARY: The hadith is about how one should not call someone a disbeliever, as it could be that the accuser is the one who is wrong.

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger said, "If a man says to his brother, O Kafir (disbeliever)!' Then surely one of them is such (ie, a Kafir)".
