Perfuming the Prophet

SUMMARY: The hadith is about Aisha perfuming the Prophet with the best scent available.

Narrated 'Aisha: I used to perfume Allah's Messenger with the best scent available till I saw the shine of the scent on his head and shine beard.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كُنْتُ أُطَيِّبُ النَّبِيَّ بِأَطْيَبِ مَا يَجِدُ، حَتَّى أَجِدَ وَبِيصَ الطِّيبِ فِي رَأْسِهِ وَلِحْيَتِهِ‏.‏

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of Aisha's devotion to her beloved Prophet, Muhammad ﷺ. She would use the best scent available to perfume him, and she was so devoted that she could see a shine on his head and beard from it. This shows us how much love and respect we should have for our beloved Prophet ﷺ, as well as how devoted we should be in our worship of Allah SWT. We should strive to emulate Aisha's example in this regard, by showing love and respect for our Prophet ﷺ through words and deeds.
