QUICK LESSONS:
Be compassionate towards those who are suffering from medical conditions. Try your best to make sure they are comfortable in whatever way you can.

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) allowed two of his companions, Az-Zubair and 'Abdur-Rahman, to wear silk due to their skin condition. This shows that the Prophet was compassionate and understanding towards those who were suffering from medical conditions. He did not want them to suffer any further discomfort and so he allowed them a special dispensation in this regard. This hadith also teaches us that we should be considerate of those who are suffering from medical conditions and try our best to make sure they are comfortable in whatever way we can.
