Turn to Allah in times of difficulty ; Seek protection from any harm or evil ; Remember Allah’s blessings at all time ; Have faithfulness & sincerity towards God .

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's practice of reciting two supplications, known as the Mu'auwidhat, during his illness. These supplications are found in the Quran in the form of two surahs - Surat an Nas and Surah al Falaq. He would recite these verses while blowing on his hands and then pass them over himself for its blessing. This was done to seek protection from any harm or evil that may come upon him due to his sickness.
