QUICK LESSONS:
Drink responsibly
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that it is not permissible to drink water directly from the mouth of a water-skin. This is because when one drinks directly from the skin, they may swallow some of the dirt or dust that has settled on its surface. Therefore, it is better to pour out some of the water into another container and then drink it. This hadith also teaches us about cleanliness and hygiene, which are important values in Islam. It also encourages us to be mindful of our health and take precautions against any potential harm that could come our way due to negligence or carelessness.
