Drinking Water from a Water Skin

SUMMARY: The Prophet forbade drinking water directly from the mouth of a water skin.

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet forbade the drinking of water directly from the mouth of a water skin .
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ أَنْ يُشْرَبَ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ‏.‏
