QUICK LESSONS:
Do good deeds and stay away from bad habits such as drinking alcohol so that you can avoid punishment in the Hereafter.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is narrated by Ibn 'Umar and it talks about the consequences of drinking alcohol without repentance. According to this hadith, if someone drinks alcoholic drinks in this world and does not repent before they die, then they will be deprived of it in the Hereafter. This means that even if someone has been drinking alcohol throughout their life but does not repent for it before they die, then Allah will punish them for their wrongdoings in the afterlife. It is important to note that repentance can only be done while one is alive; once a person dies, there is no chance to repent anymore. Therefore, this hadith serves as a reminder to all Muslims that we should always strive to do good deeds and stay away from bad habits such as drinking alcohol so that we can avoid punishment in the Hereafter.
