QUICK LESSONS:
Be thankful for your blessings and eat only what you need to sustain yourself .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, narrated by Abu Huraira, speaks of the difference between a believer and an unbeliever in terms of their eating habits. It states that a Muslim is satisfied with little food while an unbeliever eats much. This teaches us the importance of contentment and being grateful for what we have been given. We should not be greedy or wasteful but instead be thankful for our blessings and eat only what we need to sustain ourselves. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as a reminder that faith can affect our behaviour in many ways; it can shape how we think, act and even eat!
