Use one’s resources wisely; Help those in need; Spend time learning about Islam; Spend time doing charitable acts; Utilize one’s skillset beneficially; Strive towards gaining Allah’s pleasure.

This hadith speaks of two men who are praised by Allah's Messenger ﷺ. The first man is given knowledge of the Book, which he recites during the night hours. The second man is given wealth which he spends in charity during both day and night hours. This hadith teaches us that knowledge should be used to benefit others through reciting the Quran or teaching it to others, while wealth should be used to help those in need through charity or other forms of giving. It also shows us that we should strive to use our resources for good deeds as much as possible so that we can gain Allah's pleasure.
