EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith tells us about a miraculous incident that happened to one of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It was narrated by Yazid bin Abi Ubaid that he saw a wound on Salama's leg and asked him how he got it. He said that it was inflicted on him during the battle of Khaibar and people thought he would not survive it. But then he went to see the prophet and he blew his saliva into it three times and since then there has been no pain in it till this day. This shows us how powerful and miraculous the prophet's saliva was as even though this wound could have been fatal for anyone else but due to its healing power, Salama survived without any pain or suffering. It also teaches us to always turn towards Allah in times of difficulty as He is our only source of help and strength in all matters big or small.
