The Expiation of Sins Through Prayers

SUMMARY: The five daily prayers, one Jumu'ah prayer to the next, and from Ramadan to Ramadan are expiations for sins committed in between them as long as major sins are not committed.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah said, "The five (daily) Salat (prayers), and from one Jumu'ah prayer to the (next) Jumu'ah prayer, and from Ramadan to Ramadan are expiations for the (sins) committed in between (their intervals); provided the major sins are not committed". Muslim.

QUICK LESSONS:
Perform regular prayer , Seek repentance & forgiveness from Allah Almighty
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains that the five daily prayers, one Jumu'ah prayer to the next, and from Ramadan to Ramadan are expiations for sins committed in between them. This means that if a person commits any minor or medium-level sin during this time period, they can make up for it by performing these prayers. However, this does not apply if a person has committed any major sin such as murder or theft. In order to make up for those sins they must seek repentance and forgiveness from Allah Almighty directly. This hadith also teaches us about the importance of regular prayer and how it can help us stay away from committing any kind of sin in our lives.
