QUICK LESSONS:
Strive for self control so that your actions are guided by wisdom instead of emotion.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ teaches us that true strength does not come from physical power or prowess in wrestling. Rather, it comes from having the self control and emotional maturity to remain calm and composed even when faced with difficult situations. It is important for us to remember this lesson as we go through life so that we can make wise decisions and act in accordance with our values even when we are feeling angry or frustrated.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ also taught us that it is better to forgive than to seek revenge; this hadith encourages us to take a step back and think before reacting in anger or frustration. We should strive for self control so that our actions are guided by wisdom instead of emotion. By doing this, we can ensure that our decisions are based on what is right instead of what feels good in the moment.
