EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the prohibition of fasting on Fridays. According to this hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) prohibited fasting on Fridays. This means that Muslims should not fast on Fridays unless they are making up for a missed day of Ramadan or another voluntary fast. The reason behind this prohibition is that it was a day of celebration and joy for the Muslims when they gathered together in the mosque to pray and listen to sermons from their leader. Therefore, it was important to keep this day free from any type of religious obligation so that people could focus solely on worshipping Allah and celebrating His blessings upon them. Additionally, by prohibiting fasting on Fridays, it also serves as a reminder for Muslims to take advantage of every opportunity they have in life to do good deeds and worship Allah without any distractions or obligations getting in their way.
