EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is a reminder from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ that we should be mindful of our words and how we talk about ourselves. We should not speak negatively about ourselves or say things like "My soul has become evil". Instead we should use more positive language such as "My soul is in bad shape". The Prophet ﷺ was teaching us to be kind and gentle with ourselves by using positive language when talking about our own souls. He was also teaching us to think before we speak so that we can choose the right words for any situation. By being mindful of our speech and choosing kinder words when talking about ourselves or others, it will help create a more peaceful environment for everyone around us.
