QUICK LESSONS:
Be kind towards animals; Protect them from harm; Ensure they are given proper care; Do not hit or brand them in any way; Treat all creatures with respect and kindness .

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Ibn 'Abbas states that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ cursed those who brand animals on their faces. He also prohibited hitting animals across their faces or branding them in any way. This hadith teaches us to be kind to animals and not to cause them any harm or distress. It is important for us to remember that all creatures are part of Allah's creation and should be treated with respect and kindness. We should never hit an animal across its face nor brand it in any way as this is considered cruel behaviour which is strongly discouraged by Islam. Furthermore, we should always strive to protect animals from harm as much as possible and ensure they are given proper care so they can live a healthy life free from suffering.
