QUICK LESSONS:
Perform wudu before praying
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of performing wudu before praying. Wudu is a ritual cleansing that Muslims must do before they can pray. It involves washing certain parts of the body with water and is done in order to purify oneself spiritually and physically. Umar ibn al-Khattab was a companion of Prophet Muhammad and he said that if one falls asleep lying down then they must do wudu before they pray. This shows how important it is for Muslims to be clean when they are engaging in prayer as it helps them focus on their worship more easily. Additionally, this hadith also teaches us about the importance of being mindful about our actions even when we are not actively engaging in religious activities such as prayer or fasting; we should always strive to maintain a state of purity so that we can be closer to God at all times.
