QUICK LESSONS:
Seek refuge in Allah from five things - miserliness, cowardice, grudges/envy/bad attitude/beliefs etc., torment of grave and old age.

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad taught us that we should seek refuge with Allah from five things. These are miserliness, which is being too stingy with money; cowardice, which is being too scared to do something; tribulations of the heart such as grudges or envy; torment of the grave which is a punishment after death; and old age. By seeking refuge in Allah from these things we can protect ourselves from harm. We should remember that Allah is always there for us when we need Him most.
