EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the mercy and compassion that Allah has bestowed upon us through His Messenger, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. On the Day of Judgment, when all people will be judged for their deeds in this life, those who have committed major sins will still have hope because they can rely on the intercession of the Prophet ﷺ. This intercession is a sign from Allah that He is willing to forgive us if we turn to Him in repentance and ask for His forgiveness. It also shows us how much love and mercy our beloved Messenger has for his nation even after his death. We should strive to follow his example by showing mercy and compassion towards others as well as ourselves.
