QUICK LESSONS:
Seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan before going back to sleep if you have a bad dream .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that it is not wise to share our bad dreams with others. This is because when we talk about our bad dreams, we are giving power to the devil and his influence in our lives. We should instead keep these experiences private and focus on the positive aspects of life. Additionally, talking about negative experiences can be a source of distress for those who hear it, so it's best to keep them between ourselves and Allah ï·».

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ also taught us that if we have a bad dream, we should seek refuge in Allah ï·» from its evil by saying “A’udhu billahi minash-shaitanir-rajeem” which means “I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan” three times before going back to sleep. This will help protect us from any further harm caused by the devil or his influence in our lives.
