The hadith narrated by Farwah bin Nawfal speaks about seeking refuge from Allah, the Almighty. It is a supplication that Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) used to say, which is “Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri ma 'amiltu, wa min sharri ma lam a'mal”. This translates to “O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the evil of that which I have done and the evil of that which I have not done”.
