QUICK LESSONS:
Show Respect & Reverence towards those who have authority over you .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrates an incident in which Ibn Umar kissed the hand of the Prophet. This act was a sign of respect and reverence for him, as he was a messenger from Allah and his teachings were to be followed by all Muslims. It also shows that even though he was a prophet, he still accepted physical displays of respect from his followers. This teaches us to show respect to those who are in authority over us, whether they are religious or secular leaders. We should also remember that we should not take advantage of their position or abuse it in any way.

The hadith also serves as an example for us to follow when it comes to showing respect and reverence for our elders and those who have authority over us, such as teachers or parents. We should always show them due respect and never take advantage of their position or abuse it in any way.
